December 29 | New Year yoga Ritual
Start the New Year with a morning of reflection and renewal in our serene glasshouse. Ground yourself through a guided yoga session, followed by the calming vibrations of a frequency bath to release and reset. Engage in a journaling exercise to set your intentions, deepen your peace with meditation, and finish with a closing ceremony to welcome 2025 with clarity and purpose.
