From field to table is not just a concept, it is the philosophy that guides our cuisine.
Our proposal combines seasonal ingredients grown in the estate's orchards, our own olive oil, and the finest local products.
At Jacaranda, we offer menus adapted for lunch and dinner, always using fresh daily ingredients. We also offer an exclusive tasting menu on Saturdays, where you can explore a variety of flavors and textures.
The experience is completed with views of the Pla de Mallorca and our vineyards, where we grow four native grape varieties, which the talented winemaker Tomeu Llabrés transforms into our house whites and rosés, DO Tierra de Mallorca.
