From the field to the table is not just a concept, it’s the philosophy that guides our kitchen.
Each dish on our menu is a celebration of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our own extra virgin olive oil, along with the finest local products, form the foundation of a proposal that highlights the island's culinary traditions.
The dining experience at Jacaranda is enriched with a unique view of the Pla de Mallorca and our vineyards, where we carefully cultivate 4 native grape varieties. These vineyards give life to our white and rosé wines, crafted by the talented winemaker Tomeu Llabrés, under the DO Tierra de Mallorca.
